Our high performance PDC pilot bits and reamers are well suited for effective drilling in soft to medium consolidated rock formations including limestone and sandstone.

Standard HDD PILOT BITS are available in 5-1/2” and 6-1/2” sizes. Both sizes can be ordered in either FLAT FACE or 3-BLADE types. Each SILVER BULLET HDD BIT features our strong one-piece premium steel body design and (3) threaded tungsten carbide jet nozzles for effective flushing. Tungsten carbide inserts are provided for improved gauge wear protection and extended bit life.

Our unique HDD REAMERS are custom manufactured from a solid steel forging and are available in a wide range of sizes to meet project requirements. The fast cutting action of our premium PDC cutters offers increased drilling speed and longer service life than welded type roller cone reamers. Our durable 1-piece construction ensures dependable performance with no moving parts!
