Introducing Our New Line of Rotary Hole Openers

We have developed our line of PDC HOLE OPENERS to meet the growing demand for dependable drilling tools to enlarge pre-drilled pilot holes or bore holes. Unlike primitive fabricated hole openers which utilize weld-on cutters, our PDC HOLE OPENERS are produced in a strong 1-piece integral design using premium grade alloy steel which has been heat treated to resist abrasion. We then install a generous compliment of premium PDC cutters which are far more effective and provide excellent balance and consistent rock drilling performance. Tungsten carbide inserts are installed for added gauge wear protection.

With no moving parts, our PDC HOLE OPENERS can be used in a variety of conditions without worry of losing cones or other component parts in the hole. We custom manufacture a complete line of PDC HOLE OPENERS which are available in a wide range of size and thread combinations to meet specific project requirements.
