CHAMPION SERIES DIRECTIONAL DRILLING MOTORS are high performance American-made motors designed for dependable drilling performance in a wide range of applications.

Our POWER SECTIONS feature very strong progressive cavity moyno-type designs including chrome plated rotors and premium rubber stators. The power and speed created are transferred to the drive shaft by way of a heavy duty universal joint. The rugged BEARING HOUSING is completely sealed allowing the main thrust bearings to be immersed in oil for constant and complete lubrication in order to deliver maximum power and speed to the drilling bit at all times. The sealed chamber also ensures that contaminants are kept out which further extends the service life of the assembly.

Applications for our CHAMPION SERIES DIRECTIONAL DRILLING MOTORS include HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING (HDD) for installation of utilities and pipelines, DIRECTIONAL DRILLING for oil & gas wells and VERTICAL DRILLING to develop increased drill bit speed. This is primarily beneficial with the use of PDC DRILLING BITS which are very effective at higher rotation speeds.
