TORQUATO PDC REAMING STABILIZERS are designed to act as reamers to maintain the diameter of the bore hole as well as to stabilize the drill string during drilling operations.
Our PDC REAMING STABILIZERS feature a strong 5-blade harmonically balanced one-piece design for maximum strength and durability. The design features (60) premium PDC cutters which are fixed onto the leading edge of the tool for effective reaming in a wide range of drilling conditions. The (5) integral blades provide excellent balance while ensuring stability of the drill string. Tungsten carbide inserts are installed along the exposed surface of each blade for added wear protection.

The very effective 5 FT (1.5M) length of this popular drilling tool makes it ideal as a near bit stabilizer to minimize vibration and to avoid hole deviation. This added stability placed immediately behind the drilling bit will also serve to eliminate any movement within the well thus improving overall bit performance. In addition PDC REAMING STABILIZERS can be positioned at intervals throughout the drill string to ensure stability as well as to preserve the integrity of the bore hole.
